The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our chain curtain, swatters and zapper as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and there is some variation between production batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Where a supplier does not publish a specification, the product page says so rather than estimating one.
What a chain curtain does, and does not do
A chain curtain hangs in an open doorway and reduces the flies and insects that come through it while letting air and light pass. It is not a sealed mesh screen and we do not claim it makes a room insect proof. If you need a doorway sealed, a chain curtain is the wrong product for that doorway, and we would rather say so here.
Installation and use guidance is general
Fitting guidance on this site is general advice for typical doorways. The chain curtain's header strip is fixed with two screws; you are responsible for choosing fixings suited to your frame and for working safely. The electric racket swatter and the bug and mosquito zapper are electrical goods: use them as the instructions supplied with them describe, keep them out of reach of children, and switch the zapper off and unplug it before cleaning it.
